Youtube channels look

Youtube fit channels

Everyone loves a good fitness blog, but what is better than reading about fitness? You can see it right in front of your eyes!
We have now listed four of our favorite fitness voggers on YouTube. If you're not sure what we're talking about - a Vlog is a blog that contains video content - it's that simple.

1
Amanda Russell

Amanda Russell brings her expertise as a former competitor, fitness model and fitness coach to your home. She combines her love of fitness, cooking, eating, style, people and travel so that you are always up to date and entertain

2
PopSugar Fitness

You've probably heard of the PopSugar website, which is a magazine site for women who have all sorts of things like fitness, but did you know that PopSugar Fitness has its own YouTube channel in which they put together all their workout videos

This channel gives videos that offer a huge selection of different exercises. I use it primarily for their tabata workouts, which are timely for you and make all the moves with you, but they also have workouts from fitness trainer for Victoria's Secret Models and more.

As with most fitness channels, you can choose to have a very short 5-10 minute workout or go for a longer 45-60 minute workout with PopSugar Fitness.

3.
My frugal fitness

My Frugal Fitness is powered by Mike Schiemer, an exercise physiologist, personal trainer, group exercise instructor & nutritionist. Mike is a published author, a contributor to a variety of magazines, and was featured on Yahoo, GNC.com, Reebok.com, LiveStrong.com, Shape.com, just to name a few.

4
BodyFit by Amy

BodyFit By Amy has workouts of 5 minutes to 45 minutes, so you can choose to fit into a fast workout before work, or devote a longer time to pump your heart.

She has over 170 videos to choose from and has categorized them in playlists to make what you are looking for easy to find.

No equipment? She has no equipment workouts. She also has Kettlebell and Dumbell workouts, as well as workouts suitable for pregnancy and new moms! There is really no excuse if you have these varieties of workout videos for free!

Your videos focus on the repetition of certain movements to work different parts of your body and do not feel too choreographed or as if they should be done to cheesy workout music. I love these simple, no nonsense workouts.
